(1) The Board shall have a separate fund of its own (2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Support, grant amount received from foreign government or international association, organization,
(c) Amounts received for fees and service charges received from investors in accordance with this Act,
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal shall take the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
(4) The amount of capital and administrative expenses for the operation of the Board shall be met from the funds under sub-section (1) based on the annual program and budget approved by the Board.
(5) Other arrangements related to the operation of the Board's funds shall be as prescribed.
